Stephen Lau is a senior executive with over 20 years of leadership experience, specialising in business turnaround, P&L management, and large-scale service delivery within global technology organisations. He has a strong track record of transforming underperforming service businesses into profitable, high-growth operations, while delivering complex, high-stakes programs for enterprise customers across AI, data, LLM, cloud, ERP, and analytics domains. Most recently, Stephen served as Consulting Director for APJ at Teradata, led a full operational and financial turnaround of a 200+ person consulting and managed services organisation. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Infor, Oracle/BEA Systems, and Modern Devices, where he built and scaled consulting practices, recovered mission-critical programs, and secured multi-million-dollar, long-term customer relationships. Stephen is recognised for his ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, particularly in complex, regulated, and fast-changing environments. He brings deep expertise in service operations, customer success, and organisational development, and is known for building high-performing teams with strong engagement and accountability. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Newcastle Polytechnic (UK) and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
